Phase 2 : Selecting the adapted solution that is best suited to your needs

Your partner will help you conduct a detailed evaluation of your needs and the resources required to complete all of the steps:

• Detailed evaluation of your needs
• Drafting of project specifications
• Evaluation of potential suppliers
• Financial portrait of the project
• Meeting with suppliers (presentation of 3 solutions)
• Guidance in selecting the adapted solution that is best suited to your needs

Phase 3 : Implementing the solutions

You will receive support and guidance throughout the implementation process, from signing a contract to deployment of the solution.

• Sector of activity: Industrial businesses, including added-value distribution, food manufacturing (with or without points of sale) and retailers with manufacturing units
• Size of business:Up to 200 employees
• Digital maturity level: All levels
• Business located on Montreal Island

Available funding

Financing and subsidies may be offered as a complement to the program* to solidify technological projects launched within the context of the Circuit 4.0 program. More specifically, the Fonds développement industriel et durable (Industrial and sustainable development fund) is intended to stimulate or accelerate innovation and the implementation of sustainable development practices. Other funding is available.
